Synopsis:Menceritakan mengenai dunia yang sedang dilanda perang tiada henti sehingga menyebabkan peradaban manusia mengalami kemunduran. Kanata Sorami, seorang gadis berumur 15 tahun mendaftarkan diri menjadi sukarelawan ke suatu angkatan perang dan bergabung bersama dengan 4 orang gadis lainnya untuk menjaga benteng di suatu daerah terpencil, mereka lalu memainkan musik dengan suara terompet yang bergema ke langit dan laut.
