Ketika masih kecil, Murakami tergila-gila dengan seorang gadis yang bernama Kuroneko. Dia yakin bahwa alien itu ada dan telah bertemu dengan mereka, tapi tidak ada yang percaya padanya, bahkan Murakami muda skeptis. Suatu hari, dia memutuskan untuk menunjukkan kepadanya alien, tapi terjadi kecelakaan yang membuat Kuroneko meninggal dan Murakami luka parah. Tahun berlalu dan Murakami terobsesi untuk menemukan bukti keberadaan alien karena janji yang telah dibuat dengan Kuroneko. Kemudian, suatu hari, seorang siswi pindahan datang ke kelasnya, dia tidak hanya terlihat sangat mirip Kuroneko, tetapi bernama Kurohaneko! Dan meskipun dia bersikeras tidak pernah bertemu Murakami sebelumnya, gadis itu memiliki kekuatan super dan tampaknya dapat memprediksi masa depan!
