Impian yukihira souma dalah untuk menjadi koki tetap di restoran ayahnya dan dapat melampaui kemampuan kuliner ayahnya. Tapi setelah Yukihira lulus dari SMA, ayahnya, Yukihira Jouichirou, menutup restorannya untuk menjadi koki di Eropa.
