Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate menceritakan tentang Yuuki Oojima, dia adalah salah satu murid di Private Takafuji Academy, sebuah sekolah besar dengan lebih dari 6.000 siswa. Yuuki adalah anggota dari Klub Peneliti Makanan, bersama dengan tujuh orang lain, termasuk teman masa kecilnya Chisato Sumiyoshi.
